A bill that would give further incentives to TV shows that choose to film in New Mexico passed a House committee on a unanimous vote and will now move to the full House for consideration. A bill introduced by a Republican state Representative would make it a third-degree felony for a woman who was impregnated as the result of a rape or incest to have an abortion.
